It's estimated that 25% of all heat is lost through the roof space in uninsulated homes!

Under the Energy Companies Obligation (ECO Scheme) we can offer free loft insulation for homes that are eligible. To find out how to qualify, please visit our funding page.

The installers were really friendly and made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The surveyor (who originally knocked my door) was on hand to personally answer any questions I had, and he liaised with the installers directly about specific requests I had made.

The office staff were also great, giving me a courtesy call prior to the install and another once the work had been done. I would highly recommend if you’re looking to get your loft insulated.

Kind, professional and quick. Many Thanks

What is loft insulation

Loft insulation is one of the most cost-effective solutions for reducing your heating bills and is done by laying insulation rolls between the joists of your loft, creating a ‘blanket’ type effect.

This is a heat retention method which is used to help prevent additional heat from escaping through the roof space as it has been estimated that roughly 25% of heat lost escapes through the roof of uninsulated homes.

During a typical installation, each customer receives:

  • Loft insulation topped up to 300mm to meet Ofgem & PAS2030 Standards.

  • Electrical cabling safety checked and downlight covers.

  • Loft hatch insulated, draught proofed, hooks & eyes fitted.

  • Tanks, walk-ways and pipe lagging completed.

  • A 1-year workmanship warranty.

  • A 25-year CIGA guarantee on the product.

  • Lowered heating costs for up to 40 years

  • Potential annual savings of £250.00 on energy bills!

Ensure your insulation meets Ofgem standards by topping up your existing insulation with new insulation. The process is quick, simple, and takes as little as 1 hour to complete, in some cases.
